Anna Rose completed her 500-hour YTT with Three Sisters Yoga and trained in yin yoga through Anjali Yoga Academy. With a background in creative writing, she utilizes dharma talks, rich imagery, and the poetics of asana to spark inspiration within her students. Her classes are slow-paced yet intense and intentional, focusing on mindful movement and invitations to draw inward. She strives to hold space for quiet intensity, encouraging her students to lean into their “shadow work” and integrate every aspect of themselves. As a firm believer in the power of the spiritual and metaphysical possibilities that exist within the physical realm, she is also a level two certified reiki practitioner.
