Dolma began practicing yoga in 2020 as a way to ease back and shoulder pain, but overtime she connected to it more deeply and as her pain disappeared, her passion for yoga grew. She immersed herself in learning about yoga and practiced various styles, which eventually led her to complete a 200-hour training in 2022. To fully express her passion for yoga she began teaching extensively and a year later she left her corporate job to pursue teaching yoga full-time.

Dolma’s vinyasa classes utilize breath awareness and alignment to enhance mind body awareness and her goal is to help people connect to deeper levels of themselves.
