Karen teaches vinyasa yoga in a detailed and supportive manner. She strives to teach in a way that syncs breath to movement and is continually developing her own practice since 2014 when she took her first yoga class.
She hopes that all students can experience liberation in their yoga practice with time and dedication. She completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at New Love City in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and is certified in trauma-informed yoga through be(YOU)nd YTT.
