Kyla's journey into yoga began with watching her mother's consistent yoga/meditation practice and her mother reading her a variety of different spiritual texts as a child.
Driven by her passion, Kyla completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training at 108 Lotus in Milford, Pennsylvania, and pursued 75 hours of training in sequencing at Laughing Lotus in New York City. She expanded her knowledge by completing continuing education in restorative/yin practices, cueing, mythology, fascial release techniques, and became certified in Reiki Healing.
Kyla strives to facilitate guidance in helping others connect physically, mentally, and spiritually through their yoga practice and find liberation in their bodies/minds.
