Sarah's approach to yoga is deeply influenced by the wisdom of the body. She finds great inspiration through her studies of pain science, breath function, supporting the nervous system, increasing movement options, and our body's innate ability to heal.

Sarah has over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and is a certified postpartum corrective exercise specialist. She earnestly supports prenatal and postpartum bodies with elemental tools for pelvic floor, core, and nervous system wellbeing. 

When she’s not teaching or practicing, you can find Sarah visiting a city park or pizzeria with her husband and son.
