About The Training
In a stressful and busy world, the benefits of restorative yoga are innumerable. This training and these practices can help you slow down and rest - improving focus, sleep quality, patience levels, and more - all while calming your nervous system.

Required for your home practice:
4 thick/yoga blankets
1 large bolster
2 blocks (cork not recommended)
1 yoga strap
1 yoga mat
1 eye pillow (optional)

Add on the 10-hour Teaching Module for teachers that will include tools for class planning, practice teaching, class assists, visual assessments and specific tools for leading groups through these quieting practices. You’ll learn to simplify your language while teaching and how to support slow and deliberate practices in any type of class you teach or session you offer. You’ll have the opportunity to take your practice and 1:1 tools into a wider setting of group classes with different levels of ability.
